We at Raven are looking for a Call Centre agent.
Our ideal Call centre agents should be someone who can fill a professional role in which they will assist with the ongoing campaigns by collecting audience feedback, as well as conducting all market research to then help understand the target market and audience.
Most important role would be to also give high levels of customer sevrice to new customers and help with their accounts.
General responsibilities:
- Have great customer service skills, experience ideal but not neccessary.
- Provide all support to the team with current and new campaigns.
- Help create reports on marketing and target performance.
- Perform research for markets and clients.
- Help to maintain schedules for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team and managers to help manage current and on going marketing initiatives.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Paid training on the job will be provided so no previous experience in the industry is needed.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a good level of attention to detail will be the keys to success.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Signing bonus
