WHAT TO EXPECT
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting the JLR Chief of Staff.
The role is critical to the smooth running of the business and requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.
As the Executive Assistant you'll have sole responsibility of the Executive Director's time; prioritising key business activities, liaising with their first line, managing objectives and following up actions, and delivering quality work in the given timescale.
You'll also be responsible for the following:
- Diary management and administration.
- Managing travel arrangements, booking drivers etc., and keeping tabs on supporting documents.
- Arranging and attending team meetings to take minutes and complete followup actions.
- Managing expenses and approvals.
- Providing direction on priorities, to include supporting paperwork, deadlines etc., with recommendations.
- Representing the company to external stakeholders.
- Organising town halls, away days and events.
- Providing holiday cover for other EAs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Have the ability to organise Executive Director's tasks, achieve objectives and make recommendations.
- Have the ability to deliver quality and consistency in a complex, highly demanding environment whilst being able to adapt style and behaviour when dealing with different people and circumstances both internally and externally.
- Live our Creators Code and ensure all interactions work towards a successful outcome.
- Have excellent computer skills to include excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be agile and flexible.
- Be a great project manager.
- Have a proactive approach.
