Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:
- Assist with the dealing & coordination of internal/external post & related business communications
- Assist with general office tasks including phone queries &stationery ordering
- The collation of client packs and ensuring these are complete and to the standard required
- Updating systems with servicing information and what follow up actions, if any, need to be initiated
- General upkeep of all admin & reporting systems to ensure all business operational requirements can be tracked and produce relevant MI and client data as required
- Assistance with preparation of client servicing packs and liaison with XPlan/XPM
- Ongoing administration of client records and other associated pre and post sales support services
- Ensure good knowledge of IT systems including Word and Excel.
- Ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the businesses compliance & TCF requirements and standards and your role within this
- In your role you should constantly ensure that customers are receiving the highest standard of service, being treated fairly and highlight any situations where you believe this is not the case
- Keep your compliance & TCF knowledge up to date through the update communications and training provided
