Description

Our client based in Thatcham is looking to hire a Junior Buyer. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to start immediately.

Hours of Work:

08:00am 16:00pm
Monday to Friday

Salary:

Circa £25,000 per annum (DOE)

Duties Required:

Purchasing and forecasting of raw materials.
Ensuring reasonable cost and delivering them in a time effective manner.
Interpreting basic technical drawings to ascertain parts required to make and deliver the end product.
Negotiating, maintaining, and improving terms with key suppliers.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of BOMs and MRP
Ability to negotiate with suppliers
Experience working within a buying or procurement role
Organised and meticulous approach to your role
