Key Information

We are working with a Housing Developer based in Warrington who are looking for a
Customer Care Coordinator to cover for 8 weeks within the office in Warrington
This will be to work within a busy, fast paced environment, offering a really varied set of duties a great opportunity to learn and develop your skill set

The Role

Answering calls from customers
Logging home defects/issues in Clixifix
Experience of working on Clixifix, would be an advantage
Liaising with relevant contractor and the customer to arrange required repairs
Checking with customer that repairs have been completed

Skills and experience
-
Housing experience either with local authority or housing association would be an advantage:

You will have a strong background within

Customer Service:
call centre based and client facing

You will be IT literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
