- We are working with a Housing Developer based in Warrington who are looking for a
Customer Care Coordinator to cover for 8 weeks within the office in Warrington - This will be to work within a busy, fast paced environment, offering a really varied set of duties a great opportunity to learn and develop your skill set
The Role
- Answering calls from customers
- Logging home defects/issues in Clixifix
- Experience of working on Clixifix, would be an advantage
- Liaising with relevant contractor and the customer to arrange required repairs
- Checking with customer that repairs have been completed
Skills and experience

Housing experience either with local authority or housing association would be an advantage:
- You will have a strong background within
Customer Service:
call centre based and client facing
- You will be IT literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
