About the role
Must be a car driver and willing to drive outreach vehicles.
We are looking to recruit Lead Rough Sleepers Outreach Workers to join our award winning outreach team, to provide housing and support solutions to some of the most complex and vulnerable people in the city.
- Sunday, with flexible shifts between 3:00am
- 11:00pm.

About You
It is desired that you will have a wide-ranging experience of working with single homeless people with differing levels of support needs and from different backgrounds and an understanding of the resettlement pathways that need to be in place to reduce rough sleeping.
You will be motivated by the desire to make a real impact on individuals and communities and will be able to work on your own initiative as efficiently as possible across many different locations.
