Landmark Systems is an established company providing a range of rural management software solutions for businesses including farms, private estates, property management, letting companies and land agents.


We have an exciting new opportunity in the Hampshire, Winchester, Petersfield and surround area for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our training & support team to assist out clients in making the best use of our products.


Responsibilities

  • Provide training to the customers (1:1 or small group) on how to use our software efficiently through both remote and inperson session(s).
  • Preparing client data for Yearend accounts preparation both onsite and remotely.
  • Assist with larger group courses and deliver/assist with group webinars.
  • Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to golive.
  • Communicate confidently with the customer to understand their requirements and provide the best solution to their problems.
  • Follow and check the development done before delivering updates to clients through Beta Testing
  • Be a motivated selfstarter reporting to the Training Manager with the ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative

Essential Skills

  • Experience of Accountancy/Bookkeeping to at least Level 3 (Must hold the relevant AAT or similar Qualification Certificates) and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Accounts to Trial Balance level.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel
  • IT & Business affinity and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Solution minded fast learner
  • A willingness to travel extensively throughout the South and South East of England and hold a full UK Driving licence
  • A positive, enthusiastic and cheerful approach
  • A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • Means of working effectively from home (including a reliable broadband connection
Desired but not essential Skills

  • Knowledge of the Agricultural/Estate business sector
  • Detailed knowledge of KEYPrime Accounts/Property software or other Accounting software package
  • Experience in Business Management Software Implementation
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Position

Training


Full product training will be provided and will include blocks of training at our Pulborough based office (hotel accommodation will be provided) to carry out an initial extensive product training course with further continuous web-based training being provided on an ad-hoc basis remotely through Microsoft Teams.
