Do you have Customer Experience Advisor experience, and are you seeking a new job in Coventry? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Customer Experience Advisor, and the role will involve hybrid working (2 days per week on site).

In your first few weeks in this Customer Experience Advisor role, you can expect to:

  • Build rapport with clients and retail teams, accurately understand queries and deliver exceptional services
  • Identify and manage any complaints on the initial contact
  • Adopt a Modern Luxury mindset approach in the way you offer robust solutions with the client at the heart of everything you do Identify opportunities for process improvement, both in the Client Relationship Centre, retailer network and wider business, taking action to continuously improve the operation for the benefit of the client and / or the retailer
  • Experience in delivery of exceptional client experiences (e.g. from retail, travel, entertainment or other relevant sectors, or client experience team members from automotive industry)
  • A clientfirst mindset
  • To be resilient, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Good decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • To lead, develop and support other team members
  • The ability to be technologically savvy, and navigate multiple client management technologies (desirable)
