Description

A multi-disciplined commercial property consultancy based within close-proximity of Bank Underground Station are seeking a commercially minded Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team.


The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work alongside a broad variety of clients including FTSE 100 companies and private investors.

You'll cover both professional and project services including; acquisition surveys, dilapidations, party wall mattersand contract administration.


As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key part in maintaining client relationships, as well as building new ones and supporting business development.

With various APC members of staff, you will also be expected to help train and support them.


The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree
  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Experience having worked alongside commercial clients
  • Experience carrying out professional services
  • A clientfacing demeanour and business development experience
  • Strong market understanding
  • Previously managed junior staff/ ambition to
