Independent E-NRG is an expert in commercial energy management and brokering.

We help to guide U.K. businesses of all sizes through the often-complex procurement journey.

We help companies to purchase energy efficiently and optimise their relationships with existing and new suppliers in the long term.


Do you have experience in generating leads in Commercial Energy sales or for professional services to businesses? Have you worked in a B2B or B2C outbound high-volume sales environment? If so, this role could be for you.


Independent E-NRG are looking for motivated and driven Lead Generators who want to take the next step in their sales careers.

You will be contacting non-domestic energy users (businesses and charities) to promote our services via telephone, setting up calls and appointments for our Sales Executives.


You will be responsible for the initial calls/contact made with our potential clients, as well as setting up appointments or call backs with our sales team once the initial interest has been established and confirmed.

This will involve you utilising all available methods of contact (telephone, professional social media such as LinkedIn, organised networking events where available and of course face to face).

Engaging personalities - A passion for speaking to businesses and people from all walks of life - Confident communicator - Self-driven and ambitious - ability to work to consistent high volumes, whilst delivering expected lead volumes - experience in utility/energy sales will be an advantage for this role.

Hours - Full time - Ideally, we are looking for colleagues who can do this role on a full-time basis.

However, as a business, we are flexible and are willing to discuss part time positions.

Your earnings are determined on sales converted though, so the more hours you work, the more you are likely to significantly boost your earnings.

This role is a salaried role with commission and bonuses available.

Location - on site in office.

Full training will be provided. Please note, this is a B2B only role.

Poorly procured Utility contracts are a very real problem, affecting businesses and charities across the length and breadth of the U.K.

It is estimated that at least 60% of businesses have used a broker to arrange utility contracts. A high percentage of these contract are not arranged with the end users' best interests at heart.

This often means that an end user ends up with a contract that benefits their broker more than it benefits them.

£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
