We have an exciting permanent position for a Receptionist in NW London. This will be working for a very busy construction company


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and clients as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate department or meeting room.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and organize outgoing mail.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other senior staff members.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am 5.30pm
  • 1 Hour Lunch
  • Free Parking on site.
This is a permanent position paying £21,673.60PA
