Property Management Coordinator


Responsibilities:


Administrative works:


General Tasks:


  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage office administration tasks.
  • Handle invoices, bills.

Serviced Accommodation Related:


  • Respond to guest reviews and inquiries.
  • Assist with direct marketing initiatives.
  • Support bookkeeping activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

Rental Property Management
Related:


  • Assist property managers with tasks including but not limited to: rent collection, tenant communication, property inspections, and maintenance requests.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage property listings and bookings on various rental platforms.
  • Conduct market research to determine competitive rent figure
  • Assist with coordinating moveins and moveouts, preparing lease agreements, and managing security deposits.

Site visit:


Serviced Accommodation Related:


  • Distribute laundry and manage bin collection.
  • Replenish consumable stock.
  • Identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Coordinate and arrange for necessary property maintenance tasks.

Rental Property Management
Administrative Tasks:


  • Carry out midterm inspection across our rental properties.
  • Host viewing for prospective tenants.
  • Carry out check in and check out inventory check.

Requirements:

- _Must have a valid driver's license and access to their own car as traveling is required._
- _Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role._
- _Excellent organizational and multitasking skills._
- _Strong attention to detail._
- _Good communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Knowledge of property management or real estate is a plus._


This is a part-time position with the full time permanent possibilities further down the line and great opportunities for progression, we also offers personal development scheme, mentorship scheme once 3 months probationary period has been passed, for example, paid qualification, paid business events, develop more new skills like property renovation, property maintenance knowledge.
