We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional experienced bookkeeper/office manager to join our talented team.

We are looking for a motivated person who has passion and dedication to provide the very highest level of customer service as well as great business results.

You will also be responsible for providing an efficient and effective reception and administrative support to the company

Variable Hours to suit, Part-time Position.

Position would suit retired person.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the managing director, you will be responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to:
Preparation of VAT returns and PAYE

Financial tracking

Processing and management of payroll

Working with external accountant in preparing management accounts

General administrative work as required

Preparation of insightful Management Accounts for presentation to Managing Director

Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable and Credit Control functions

Any other reasonable duties as required by the department.


Required Skills:

Management of Payroll/Pension

A strong understanding of all aspects of bookkeeping

Able to work effectively on own initiative and meet tight deadlines

Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrating strong judgement and professional etiquette.

Committed and ambitious.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work flexibly and effectively under pressure

Courteous and confident telephone manner
