We are looking for a F&B Supervisor.

This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Lounge Manager/F&B Operations Manager.

Working pattern:
Shifts will vary between early/late shifts, and weekends are frequently included in the work pattern.

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a F&B Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Ensuring highest level of guest service provided across the whole team.
Carry out trainings to ensure the team is fully conversant about menus, offers and the facilities of the hotel.
Assist managers in the smooth running of the F&B outlets.
Support communication between the kitchen and service team.
