Vacancy ID We are looking for a competent administrator for a central University Department. This is a part time position.

Project Administration

Raising purchase orders
Be the pivotal point of contact for the BRC Technology and Digital Health Theme, providing information and support for the research teams.
Work with the project plans, and help the CI to manage the timeline, project roles and responsibilities, risk assessments etc.
Work with clinicians and researchers to prepare ethics and regulatory submissions, keeping a track of submissions, amendments & approvals.
Work with clinicians and researchers to prepare and coordinate reports for ethics committees and funding body as required.
Be responsible for the Trial Master File/s, all document control and office systems ensuring all essential trial documentation is complete, correct and readily available for use and review.
Organise regular project meetings (both online and in person).
Prepare agendas and take minutes for project meetings.
Person specification
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience of
raising purchase orders via Oracle**:
Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand new software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
Ability to support nontechnical users
Organised and methodical approach
