  • Vacancy ID We are looking for a competent administrator for a central University Department. This is a part time position.
Project Administration

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Be the pivotal point of contact for the BRC Technology and Digital Health Theme, providing information and support for the research teams.
  • Work with the project plans, and help the CI to manage the timeline, project roles and responsibilities, risk assessments etc.
  • Work with clinicians and researchers to prepare ethics and regulatory submissions, keeping a track of submissions, amendments & approvals.
  • Work with clinicians and researchers to prepare and coordinate reports for ethics committees and funding body as required.
  • Be responsible for the Trial Master File/s, all document control and office systems ensuring all essential trial documentation is complete, correct and readily available for use and review.
  • Organise regular project meetings (both online and in person).
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for project meetings.

  • Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience of
    raising purchase orders via Oracle**:
  • Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Ability to support nontechnical users
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • TSS workers accrue holiday pay that is equivalent to 38 days per year, this means you accrue a whopping 17.1% in holiday pay for the hours that you work for us._
