Composite Prime are the UK's leading supplier of low maintenance garden products based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.A family business trading for over eight years, Composite Prime are looking for an attentive Customer Service advisor to join their office team.
You will receive a full training programme within a friendly office environment. A superb telephone manor is a must and impeccable levels of attention to detail will be required.Your main duties as a Customer Service advisor would include however wouldn't be limited to the following:
- Handle incoming phone calls into the business
- Ensure sample requests are kept up to date and accurately logging on CRM
- Liaise with our field based sales team providing support
- Delivering sales leads to our stockist network
- Liaise with purchasing for stock for samples and point of sale
- Sending our merchandise to our installer network
- Liaising with couriers to send out samples, POS and marketing material
- Call stockists to ensure they have everything they require
- General all round receptionist based activity
Job Types:

Salary:
£18,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
