Bond Personnel is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives who can also complete manual Order Picking tasks.

This job will be based in Winwick Quay, Warrington and you will be working for a well-established sports clothing distribution company.

As a Warehouse / Order Picker, this position is an
IMMEDIATE START and you will be working 40 hours per week on a long term temporary to permanent contract.

Normally after 6 months you will receive a permanent position once you have passed your probation period.

Our client needs somebody to work
Monday to Friday 11am -8pm No weekends.
Our client uses old fashion picking techniques in their warehouse. Pen and paper to pick items,
no scanners are used.

You will be good at Maths and English as you will be writing and storing order numbers /codes onto paper order sheets and making sure the information is highly accurate.

Some training will be given but after 1 -2 weeks, you will be expected to be 100% accurate every time.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour

2 years Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative with good knowledge of picking items at a fast pace.
There will be a new system being brought into place which you will be learning so must be willing to learn.
Good Maths and English grade from School as you must do high volumes of manual picking and writing down the correct numbers of stock and adding the information onto work sheets.
Manual order picking experience and people who have worked towards targets.
Physically fit and healthy as some heavy lifting is involved. Moving boxes of clothes that weigh up to 25kg.

£10.42 per hour
