Temporary Payroll and Purchase Ledger Assistant - Huntingdon, United Kingdom - Jaxdene Partners LTD
Description
Duties and responsibilities- Processing payroll for 250 weekly and 80 monthly staff on varying shift patterns from T & A system to making payment (Systems: HFX & Itrent)
- Dealing with SSP, SMP, SPP, and other payments/deductions
- Management information reporting in relation to staff absence.
- Pension submissions and reporting
- Dealing with employee and HMRC queries
- Processing End of Year payroll
- Purchase ledger processing (Systems: Microsoft Navision)
- Using OCR software to scan purchase invoices
- Ad hoc posting of exception invoices
- Checking for anomalies and supplier reconciliations
- Forecast, proposing and administering payment runs
- Supplier Liaison and communications
- Daily Bank reconciliations
Job Type:

£12.00-£15.00 per hour
