Description

Our Commercial Team cultivate commercial business opportunities and sell and promote Bristol Beacon's vibrant and versatile spaces to generate commercial business income. Our commercial business supports our Artistic and Community Programmes and integrates us into the business network of Bristol, securing our place in the city.

The commercial Business Coordinator supports the Commercial Team by being an initial point of enquiry for commercial business hire of our spaces.

You will build strong relationships with external clients interested in hiring our spaces, be knowledgeable about our spaces and hire packages and maintain effective systems to manage enquires and client feedback.

You will also build strong relationships internally and understand the needs of the key areas of our programme.

You will have experience of working in a commercial business environment, strong administration and organisational skills and the ability to give excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure the best experience.

It is an amazing time to join us, we are in the final stages of our major transformation to create a world-class concert hall for the region and are excited for our reopening in November 2023.

Bristol Beacon has been part of Bristol's cultural heritage for 150 years and our beautifully restored spaces are ready to host a range of commercial business events for Bristol, from weddings, conferences, private parties, receptions and business meetings, our creative approach to commercial events is now well known across the city.
