Service Manager required in Southampton, Hampshire

Salary package in the region of £60,000

This would typically suit an experienced Motor Vehicle Service Manager looking for a new challenge and slight change in career direction.

We're looking for someone with the commercial awareness and customer focus to drive the department to the next level.

You don't need to have a strong technical background as they have an excellent team of engineers and the Workshop Controller is very technicallyminded.

Ideally you'll have experience with a Prestige Manufacturer (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porscheetc.) however this isn't essential as long as you're used to high Manufacturer standards relating to CSI, retention etc.

and have a good working knowledge of Kerridge.
Attitude is key here.
