Ermin is a family run Plant Hire company with a great reputation in the industry specialising in small tools and machinery.
With sites across the South-West in Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Worcester and Ross on Wye we are now looking for an Accounts Assistant with specific responsibility for maintenance of the Purchase Ledger to join our team in our Gloucester office.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation & running of purchase ledger payment runs.
- Registering & coding of Purchase Invoices
- Matching Delivery Notes to Purchase Invoices
- Ensuring appropriate approval of documents
- Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Maintenance of the integrity of the Purchase Ledger
- Liaison with operations and third parties as appropriate
- Provide assistance to Credit Control as required
- Provide assistance to Financial Controller/Management Accountant as required
- Ensure Timely completion of period end processes including reporting on anomalies within ledger.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis as required.
