Global organisation operating across 100+ countries is seeking to secure a Learning & Development - Data Specialist.

The Learning & Development - Data Specialist will lead an ambitious, innovative & comprehensive approach to professional development for staffacross the organisation, maximising analysis & data to drive professional development.


Role:


  • Leverage your significant experience in Adult Learning support the design & implementation of a professional development model for project staff.
  • Maximise the value of data & evidence across its lifecycle from generation all the way through to analysis, interpretation & usage.
  • Improve upon existing initiatives led by teams focusing on "Evidence & Learning" and "Data & Analytics".
  • Align existing & new development offers across
  • HR Talent Management Systems & Accreditation Systems under a single framework.
  • Contribute to overall impact measurements of the model through reporting & stakeholder engagement.
  • Design & implementation of an ambitious & comprehensive Professional Development Approach thatstrengthens staff skillsets linked to data generation, storage & analysis.
  • Conduct/update need assessments & mapping of datarelated skillsets across the organisation.
  • Develop relevant and innovative Training & Development Products & Services.
  • Coordinate inputs and lead the development and management of comprehensive/phased data.
  • Content creation for Professional Development materials.
  • Learning & Development Programme Management manage the global implementation of the Professional Development Approach
  • Communication plan & ongoing enhancements.
  • Manage the rollout and communications of capability strengthening.
  • Support with the building of an Agile & Inclusive workforce.
  • Foster relationships across global teams.

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Learning & Development experience covering
  • Learning Needs Analysis design, implementation & evaluating learning interventions ideally in an international environment
  • Adult Learning & development experience covering approaches, good understanding of the issues that impact effective learning.
  • Rolling out Learning & Development interventions at scale for new & existing operating models.
  • Strong Facilitation and communication skills using online/remote platforms and interactive technologies (e.g., MS Teams, Mural, Mentimeter etc).
  • Analyse & present data in a clear and compelling way.
  • Understanding of Organisational Talent Management identifying, developing & mobilising talent.
  • Extensive experience in supporting the development of organizational strategies, policies, guidelines & work processes.


  • Project Management of

  • L&D initiatives & Operating Model changes.
  • Stakeholder Management / Engagement ability to build relationships with a stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence & negotiate.
  • Cultural Awareness ideally delivered International L&D projects.
  • MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience.
