Rate - £360.37 to £450 per day - Inside ir35

Are you a
Strategic Property Surveyor lookingfor a new opportunity? I am working with
Thurrock Council to find the right fit for a vacancy of theirs.

This is a
fixed term role for
6 months working
37 hours per week.

Specific Duties:

To lead Corporate Property Projects and to provide professional support and advice to all Major Council Projects from a property perspective.
To devise and implement a comprehensive Asset Review program to cover all of The Council's property assets, to review/ improve property performance and to make recommendations about whether the council should retain or dispose of property.

3. To take a lead in developing core Corporate Property Strategies for use and development of the Corporate Property Portfolio. To implement these strategies and improve the efficiency, robustness and value of the Corporate Property Portfolio including key milestone, timings, costs and KPIs.

To project manage staff engaged in projects and to ensure successful delivery of each programme of works and ensuring high quality collaborative working with 3rd parties.

Essentials:

RICS Membership at either MRICS or FRICS level
RICS Registered Valuer
Extensive practical experience of working as a Chartered Valuation/General Practice Surveyor
