JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Transaction processing capturing, recording and processing of trades (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) on a timely basis; follow up with investors on missing information; maintenance of dealing log and updating team and client on status of trades.
  • Maintenance of investor register ensuring all investor information (static and transactional) and fund activity is correctly recorded on Alter Domus systems.
  • Maintenance of investor accounts on CorPro investor portal.


  • Reporting

  • Production of notices (capital account / valuation statements, distribution notices, trade confirmations / contract notes etc.) and distribution to investors (via CorPro) in line fund timings / client SLAs.
  • Investor KYC (where relevant)
  • Liaison with central investor onboarding team and Compliance department as necessary regarding the collection of investor KYC information (initial and ongoing).
  • Liaison with fund accounting team to monitor receipt of subscription monies, payment of redemptions; support on audit queries, investor payments etc.
  • Monitor and report on various client queries and make recommendations where applicable to Team Leader on procedure changes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Complete and distribute internal reporting on team KPIs (key performance indicators).

Your Profile

  • You will be educated to the equivalent A-Level or University Degree;
  • Knowledge or previous experience in transfer agency or fund administration will be considered as an asset (but not essential);
  • Ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • You possess team spirit, a willingness and capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate; and
  • High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.
