The team


All the members of the IT team are expected to undertake whatever tasks are required and to be highly mobile, visiting all the sites when required.


The role
As an
IT Systems Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Monitoring server on a day to day basis (disk space, services, restarts, updates, performance)
  • Maintaining system administration (group creation and group policy creation maintenance)
  • Providing third line support to internal stakeholders
  • Administering Active Directory
  • Managing database creation and administration
  • Monitoring SIEM, Firewall and Intune administration and report preparation / generation

The person
You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we'd love to hear from you:

  • IT systems experience in a professional services environment of at least two years (minimum criteria)
  • Technical competence and experience (minimum experience)
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills and experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and identify priority tasks
  • Able to work flexibly, including out of hours support
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Essential skills:
  • Windows server
  • MS Azure
  • VPN (reporting, implementation)
  • Anti-Virus central administration
  • Systems Documentation
  • Code / query creating ability
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange server 2016+


  • Office 2016, O36

  • Firewall (reporting, rule creation)
  • DMS experience
  • Database experience
  • Networking
