Our client is a leading global asset manager with a broad range of successful funds.

They are seeking a high calibre Business Manager to work as part of a central consultancy team supporting their distribution teams across the UK and Europe.

This is a veryvisible, broad and challenging role, focused on scoping and delivering a range of cross functional distribution projects and strategy.


Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • supporting the European business growth by providing business change, strategy and consulting support to UK and European distribution teams
- manage distribution led initiatives and core services that help sales, marketing and distribution teams succeed
- deliver cross-funcitonal and cross-country projects from setting strategy through to execution
- work on the development and delivery of key strategic iniatives associated to distribution, including sustainability, operating model, target markets and channel distribution
- contribute to the design of new operating models and business processes related to distribution
