Our client, a leading financial services company are keen to recruit a compliance officer to work as part of their growing compliance team and to be based in their offices in Belfast.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance associate/analyst who is keen to work as part of a talented team in a broad role where they will exposure to and learn a broad range of regulations.

Working as part of this talented team the compliance associate will review the internal compliance and risk framework across the organisation and ensure that any new regulations are being embedded into the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and external regulations
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies accordingly
- Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliancerelated matters
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or breaches
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in compliance management
You will meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience working in a compliance role, preferably within the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting obligations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
