We have helped more than twenty thousand patients so far to have a better life and smile more by having a new beautiful smile.

We have recently opened the biggest dental clinic in the UK, located in Stratford, London, and we plan to grow even more

With this expansion, we need a passionate Warehouse Operative to join our team.

Salary

You will start with a fair and competitive salary in this field and increase over time with progression and development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Managing the Warehouse Department and supervising the Warehouse team
Collating proof of delivery or delivery documentation from drivers
Dealing with any invoice queries that occur i.e. duplicate charges, proof of delivery requests etc.
Maintaining computerised administration, stock inventory
Inspecting and approving the quality and quantity of goods or equipment received
Business, budget, finance and project management skills
Communication with external companies.
Trustworthiness and confidentiality to ensure protection of information.
Knowledge of the following software: Webflow, Navision Warehouse (an advantage).
Good knowledge of dental products and materials.
Strong desire to learn new things and develop in the dental industry.
Leadership and administrative skills
Enforcing health and safety standards
