JOB TITLE:
Construction Solicitor (Contentious)


EXPERIENCE:
4+ years


LOCATION:
Birmingham

THE ROLE:
The successful Construction Solicitor will be expected to on a caseload of contentious construction matters.

You will be advising a range of contractors and businesses, both national and international, handling large scale disputes and adjudications.

In additionto handling your own caseload of matters you will also be expected to play an active role in business development and further developing the profile of the team and firm within the local market.


THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Construction Solicitors who have a proven track record in Construction law, specifically disputes.

You will have a strong commercial awareness along with excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to specialisewithin this area of law.

The ability to adapt to a broad range of situations and circumstances whilst remaining calm under pressure is key to being successful in this role.

Salary will be dependent on experience and there are opportunities for flexible and home working options.
