Part-time Sales Person/Administrator
Solihull Flooring are an independent flooring retailer based in Hockley Heath near Solihull. We require a full-time, hard-working sales person/administrator to join our friendly team.
You must be prepared to work every Saturday and have a set day off every week.
This full-time on-site role will involves welcoming and assisting customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations, managing inventory, and coordinating with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hours:
Weekdays (1⁄2 hour lunch)
Saturday (1⁄2 hour lunch)
Total 38 hours
Main Duties:
- Dealing with customers in the showroom and on the telephone.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and fitters and handling queries.
- Maintain the diary and our E-Gizmo CRM system.
- Processing quotations, sales and purchase orders, invoices and job sheets.
- Managing fitters work schedules and ensuring work obligations are met.
- Arranging and taking deliveries in the warehouse
- Warehouse management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Sales Environment.
- Must be confident with customers, quick to learn and able to multitask.
- Must have CRM experience and be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be organized and precise, attention to detail is essential.
- Must be hard working and a team player.
