We are looking for senior support worker to join the team in delivering an extremely high standard of care to our service users in the local community.

Duties will include:

Working with individuals to promote independence, enabling an individual following health issues or an injury
Preventing deterioration by assessing the needs of an individual on a continual basis
Will be responsible for completing necessary referrals for various support such as Assistive Technology and supporting the individual to learn to use the technology independently
Liaising with relevant professionals and working alongside our other specialist services.
