£21,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious co-ordinator to play a pivotal role to assist the operations team in the delivery of reactive, planned and void maintenance.
Ensuring all administration procurement activities and contracts are delivered professionally to time, the co-ordinator will provide support within the Regional Service Centre and provide an intrinsic link to the local area teams.
You should have a proven record in administration of a planned and maintenance environment and be highly motivated with a passion to succeed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively support and coordinate the delivery of all workflows to a dedicated area, coordinating onsite activity and working with the area team
- Ensure that systems are updated within prescribed timescales
- Promote customer service excellence to ensure a positive and caring customer experience
- Administer responses to customer feedback
- Work in collaboration with the team, our service partners, and our client
- Manage the workflow of specialist tasks
- Run reports and maintain all system information and data, working with the VIVO Insite, Asset Management and Compliance teams
- Liaise with the National Accommodation Model provider to ensure relationships are maintained and service provision remains consistent
- Undertake general administrative duties
Skills Needed:
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Coordination or administration experience within a planned and maintenance environment
- Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence
- Provides priority tasks for self and team, and is prepared for contingencies
- Works collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Delivers decisions on time and takes ownership for them
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages
- Experience of working accurately to deadlines in a pressurised environment
- English and Mathematics GCSE A-C standard
