Project Manager - Residential Development - Oxfordshire

Mid £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Kennington, Oxfordshire

Potensis Selection are working with a leading mixed-use developer who are seeking to attract a Project Manager to deliver a new, high value, apartment led development in Oxfordshire.

The role will include setting up the project and managing the Project Teams from inception to completion, and ensuring the delivery of a project to time and budget.

This will include responsibilities such as ensuring that Site Managers adhere to both buildprogrammes and Health & Safety on site.

This developer is renowned for quality and design, and has strong financial backing.

This new project consists of 300 units with a mixture of apartments and houses. It is considered a prestigious development which has brought a lot of excitement to the company.

Key tasks include:

Helping to appoint an appropriate team of subcontractors to carry out the delivery phases of the project, and manage them throughout the process.
Ensuring that your project is completed efficiently and within a manageable time frame, by arranging regular progress reports, and compiling information from internal teams.
Monitor site performance in line with the build programme and address any issues causing delays.
Effectively manage the site management team and ensure they are fully resourced with clear guidelines of their own responsibilities whilst providing full support to achieve their deadlines as well as providing effective communication, training and development.

Our client is ideally looking for an individual with experience overseeing the construction of complex residential developments and is ready to take on a new and exciting prestigious development.

They are willing to offer a very competitive salary and remunerationpackage for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager, who has gained experience in delivering complex, mixed-use and apartment-based developments.
