Internal Recruitment Officer

Permanent

£30,300 p/a

Hybrid

  • 1 day a week in the London office, full time 35 hours a week.
We are currently recruiting an Internal Recruitment Officer for a well known national charity. This is an exciting opportunity to join them during a period of growth. If you have previous recruitment experience and are looking for a new challenge please apply.


Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience with working in recruitment either in house or in agency.
  • Comfortable with managing high volume paced work, pivoting between a variety of tasks
  • Experience of managing recruitment campaigns from vacancy through to first day and helping to recruit the best
people in the market.

  • Experience of using Human Resources systems or Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • First class communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Confident in building relationships with key stakeholders across all levels.
