Your opportunity


We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join our Grimsby-based team as Internal Sales Administrator, becoming an integral part of our rapidly growing family business.


Your contribution will be through handling inbound enquiries, supporting existing customers with maintenance contracts including the securing of contract renewals, booking visits for our field-service technicians and supporting them with documentation and parts required for each job.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts involves quoting, follow up to secure orders, record keeping and notifying clients of renewal dates.
  • Processing sales orders
  • Scheduling maintenance visits for our fieldservice technicians
  • Ensuring technicians have necessary parts, paperwork, etc for each day
  • Postvisit record keeping & reporting
  • Keeping client records & systems up to date on our CRM
  • Ordering spare parts from suppliers when required
  • Selfmotivated with a positive "cando" attitude and high level of integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills open, honest and clear
  • Will be computerliterate and work in a methodical way with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively
  • Prepared to expend energy to support the growth of the business, and have fun on the way

£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
