Description
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join one of our well-established manufacturing clients in the Scarborough area.

Are you a problem solver, able to effectively and efficiently manage finance procedures within a busy department?


The Role

  • Processing credit card and personal expenses to meet monthly payroll and reporting deadlines
  • Supporting purchase and sales ledger
  • Supporting with monthly management accounts
  • Bank reconciliation
  • VAT returns
  • Other reporting and duties as required
  • Ad hoc duties throughout the wider finance team

Qualifications

  • Have previous finance experience, ideally dealing with expenses
  • Have good MS Excel skills
  • Be enthusiastic and selfmotivated and be able to work in a small team
  • Be personable and friendly, with good communication team working skills
  • Be computer literate and able to learn new systems and processes
  • You'll be resilient and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • You'll have good levels of selfawareness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You'll have good time management skills

Hours/Pay

  • Competitive dependant on experience
  • Monday to Friday
