Our client based in Nottingham is looking for a experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance department on a permanent basis to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Undertaking bank reconciliations
- Assisting with VAT submission
- Running aged debtor"s reports
- Chasing and collecting debts
- Effectively communicating with internal and external individuals
- Placing orders and ensuring that all related paperwork and T&C's have
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience in a finance related role
- Great communication skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
