Sales Order Coordinator
Location:
Flint
Hours of Work:
Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5pm, Friday 8:15am-4pm
Salary:
Dependant on experience (Competitive + Company bonus)
What will you be doing?
- Confirmation of quotations are issued and entered onto our Salesforce/Conga/Easy Order databases.
- Give feedback on customer comments on level of prices to Manager to allow us to continually monitor our competitiveness in the UK market.
- Liaise closely with Area Sales Managers daily to discuss pricing levels on major projects received by quotations for pricing.
- Monitor projects to establish successful main contractors and cladding contractors, and in conjunction with Area Sales Managers negotiate with contractors to secure orders.
- Create & maintain project & specification details on our database so that they are always kept up to date with the latest information.
- From current and potential customers gain continual feedback on performance of our company in meeting requirements and pass to Quotations Manager to allow improvements to be made as and when necessary.
- Utilising problemsolving skills to find the best price for the customer when nonstandards are requested
- Independently organising, prioritising & triaging alongside managing workload
- Ensuring accuracy of details, both own work and checking others work
- Maintaining calm under pressure
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Check specification is in line with compliance regulations.
- Perform any further associated tasks as required by management or the needs of the business.
- Operating in compliance with ISO 37301, 45001, 14001, 9001, 50001, and Code of Conduct
