Description
We are looking for multi skilled operatives to work on properties in Birmingham and Coventry. The tasks involved will be carrying out day to day repairs on occupied and unoccupied properties.


One week you could be working on a void property other weeks you may be working changing a bathroom or kitchen.

There is a criteria that you need to complete a DBS check and have asbestos awareness training, we can help you with these if you don't have then

We are looking for people that have a broad knowledge of maintenance work.

We welcome full and part time workers

Pay is fortnightly and you must have a UTR, tools, vehicle, and PPE.

These positions are an immediate start


Salary:
£20.00 per hour
