Sales Administrator (FTC)
Our team is looking for administrator to join our dynamic team based in Weybridge, Surrey to look after the EMEA market.
This role is fixed term contract for 12 months, potential to extend.
About the Job:
- Providing Administrative Support to Product Management team in daily work of sales & operations.
- Take the ownership in managing accounts in ERP system including creating sales orders.
- Bookkeeping and ensure the accurate noncommercial inventory within the system
- Assist to the team to follow up EDI.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks might be assigned in the scope of Sales & Operations
- Basic IT support and other ad hoc admin. tasks to the office
About You:
- Passionate in consumer goods and FMCG Industry
- Must have great attention to detail
- Excellent numerate & analytical skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent Ms Excel capability
- Fast learner, willing to learn the ERP system
- Basic skills of IT support is a plus
- Able to commute to Weybridge Office at least 3 days a week

Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
