Job description

Due to an increasing in customer demands and plans to expand our business we are looking for a General Shop Floor Operatives to join our fast-paced sub-contract manufacturing company.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone to either use existing skills or learn new ones and grow with us.

Experience

• A background in assembly or manufacturing requiring manual dexterity would be advantageous but not essential.
• Machine operation experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manual saw cutting.
• Manual Drilling, tapping and countersinkng
• Finishing (through feed linisher).
• Brake Press Operation.
• Grinding/sanding.
• Rivnut/riveting and general assembly.

Requirements:

• Good time keeping and a strong work ethic
• High level of manual dexterity
• A diligent and conscientious approach

£10.5-£11.5 per hour + DOE starting rate - increasing dependent of performance. Overtime always available

Hours of work:
Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.pm and Fri 8am - 2.30pm

28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
