Facilities Manager

Chatham

Up to £38,581 depending on experience


We are currently looking to recruit into our management team and have a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment within the Medway Council Civic Headquarter building.

Liaising with the client on emergency plans and evacuation procedures.

Overseeing reception, cleaning, security, fire prevention, and other safety systems


Ideal Skills and Experience:


  • Experience within a similar facilities management role
  • Previous experience of managing high profile buildings
  • Selfmotivated and able to operate autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence to meet the travel requirements of the role
