About the role
Please see below for an elaboration of the four key pillars of this role in Year 1:

1) Ensuring Seamless Execution of Deliverables

  • Ensure that all marketing deliverables are executed on a monthly basis for our brands (CRM, Ads, Events, Influencer Activations)
  • Own the delivery of slick monthly brand reports, rich with data and insights to guide our partners on how they are performing
  • Constantly be on the lookout across events, big influencers, paid advertising, PR for opportunities to drive growth and awareness for our brand partners

2) Building Exceptional Relationships

  • Ensuring that we're always working in the best interests of our brand partners across all areas
  • Having a clear understanding of where healf can add value to a brand & ensuring that we are constantly making inroads on this.
  • Negotiating with brand partners on sales, marketing & distribution agreements
  • Always striving to deliver a 'WOW' factor to our partners in new and innovative ways

3) Maximising Brand Partner Growth

  • Rigorously analyse data to have a deep understanding of performance
  • Derive insights from large data sets to guide our partners on growth levers across key areas: pricing, stock, marketing, supply chain & content
  • Ensure our brands have full, regular visibility on how they are trending with healf through a mix of forecasts & monthly brand reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to expedite processes & eliminate inefficiencies
  • Use a demand signals framework to intelligently expand assortments whilst minimising inventory risk

4) Scaling our B2B offering

  • As healf enters its next phase of growth, there is a unique opportunity for this role to build out our B2B offering & take a lead on developing a significant new revenue stream
  • This would include full ownership of the B2B process. Initially, this would mean identifying relevant opportunities (e.g specialty, pharmacy, supermarket, natural health), negotiating terms on behalf of our brands & then handling the operational requirements to ensure the stock reaches the B2B partner seamlessly.
