About The Role:
Haleon is currently looking for a Performance and Program Lead for North Europe QSC. The role will support delivery of strong performance and processes across NE in line with BU strategy. In this role part of your role will be to identify areas on improvement and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Management, With Ownership Of NE KPI Processes And Reporting

Own The S&OP At BU Level: Aggregate Data, Digitalize, Analyse, Highlight To BU LT Any Actions/ Decision Needed:

Lead Area-Wide Change Projects (I.E. Brexit, Serialization) And Initiatives To Improve Safety/Quality/Service/Cash:

Organize And Lead The Operational Rhythm For QSC BU LT:
-
Be QSC BU Lead Representative Where Appropriate
:

Supporting And Understanding Where The Team Is And Execute Capability Plan Across BU:
-
Participating In BU PMB/ Pre-PMB And Based On The Case Support Marketing With The Needed Information From Supply Chain Perspective:

Drive Improvement Plans Related To Advantage Survey And Customer Satisfaction Survey Results:
-
End To End Risk Management Through RMCB Process:
-
Lead, Coach And Develop 3 Direct Report Leading Inventory And Projects Within NE:
Qualifications And Skills:
Essential:

_Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience In SC Operations_:

_Significant Experience In A Similar Role_:

_Fluency In English_:

_Experience In Strategy Building And Performance Management_:

_Program/Project Management Experience_:

_Good Exposure To ADP/GPS/PMO_
