Location**:
Onshore with travel to Shetland Gas Plant as required and onsite during shutdown

PBS (Ponticelli UK) are looking for Planner/Scheduler to support Shetland Gas plant shutdown.


Details/duties:

  • Planning focal point for building and reporting on a Shutdown plan from start to finish, incorporating all levels of planning, reporting directly to the Shutdown Manager & Shutdown Co-Ordinator
  • Be the Focal point and liaison between Maintenance, Operations and Shutdown team, ensuring a timely, efficient, and quality service.
  • Maintain accurate progress reporting to all levels of the asset.
  • Optimise shutdown duration by systematic analysis of all the critical paths.
  • Manage plan during Shutdown monitor daybyday progress of the work and issue appropriate reports.
  • Any other duties as required by the Shutdown Manager, Shutdown Co-Ordinator, and Senior Management

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, any relevant planning software
  • Experience preparing work packages
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Team working, building, and maintaining effective working relationships

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 14 months
