RDAC are a charity supporting people with medical conditions and disabilities, helping them to regain or maintain their independence.

We conduct assessments offering practical advice on equipment, adaptations, retraining and alternative transport options, enabling people to travel safely and comfortably, and have an exciting opportunity for an ADI to join our Driving School.

As an accredited member of Driving Mobility, RDAC is a successful, forward thinking and established charity with a number of Centres throughout the UK.

As part of our Driving School team, you will work closely with the Driving Advisors and Occupational Therapists who provide assessments for a wide range of clients on behalf of DVLA, Motability and Health Professionals.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work on one's own initiative in a busy environment, with the ability to multi-task and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.

You will liaise regularly with the Driving School Lead, Finance Officer and Administration team to ensure bookings and payments are processed accurately and will also be responsible for detailed and accurate documentation of pupil progress.

A full induction package and training will be provided.
