Legal PA to Partner - Cardiff City Centre (Hybrid working)

The Role

Our client, an award-winning law firm is looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic Legal PA to support the firm's senior litigation partner whose role in the business is to implement business strategies, regional plans and client development.

The firm hasa great culture and a collegiate working environment.

This role would suit a Legal PA with at least 4 years of experience who is able to work independently and pro-actively.

The Responsibilities

  • Proactively managing diaries
  • Managing in boxes
  • Organising internal and external meetings, booking venues and meeting rooms
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation for meetings
  • Organising travel itineraries for the partner
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Resolving issues quickly and effectively
  • Supporting business growth and success
  • Supporting daily operations and the work of the various practice groups
  • Providing a firstclass service, liaising positively with colleagues across all offices
  • Effective prioritisation and ownership of tasks whilst managing a full workload
  • Building and maintaining a level of individual knowledge required for the role
  • Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
  • Ideally come from a National or regional law firm
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A legal background is essential

The Benefits

  • Salary £30,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office, and 2 from home
