Our client, a highly rated Legal500 firm based kent, is looking to bring in a Corporate Partner with 7+ PQE.

This represent a fantastic opportunity of either an establish Partner to join a successful and dynamic firm, or an ambitious Senior Associate looking to take the next step in their career.

The firm specialise in high level Corporate work, and have a great reputation in the industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Experience advising on company law matter.
  • Experience working on a range of corporate deals.
  • M&A transactions.
  • Team lead and mentorship experience.

Desired:


  • Strong academics. Minimum 2.1 at LLB/GDL.
  • Minimum 7 years PQE with experience in Corporate M&A and Private Equity.
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude and interest in business development work.
  • Must be England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
