Shifts;

• 09:30 18:30
• Early finish Friday
• No weekends

Essential skills:

Excellent telephone manner

Time keeping

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Previous IVA/drafter Experience 2+ Year

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High accuracy

Attention to detail.

Ability to work to targets and strict deadlines.

Organised and able to prioritise own workload.

IT proficient (Word & Excel)

Positive and professional approach with the ability to motivate self and others

Able complete SIP 3 calls


Day to day duties and responsibilities:
Draft proposals

Preparing and Completing SIP 3 calls

Verifying referred clients

Liaising with clients

We are looking to recruit an experienced IVA packagers and drafters to join their busy office in Bolton. We provide customer focused financial management plans and insolvency products. You will be working in a family friendly enviroment and working as a team.
