KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advising customers on products and services
- Assisting customers with concerns or complaints and resolving any issues that arise
- Supporting the acquisition and processing of customer orders, including shipping and aftercare enquiries and associated tasks
- Updating customer facing platforms including listing management, social media, and Google My Business
- Abide by all company health and safety regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimise warehouse and workshop procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and organised daily and assisting in maintaining a supportive environment making an active contribution to the positive, progressive culture within the company
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in the English Language
- Could be asked to perform duties outside of your role
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
